- Dextrose Monohydrate – 98.9% w/w
- Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol) – 100,000 IU per formulation
- Calcium (as calcium carbonate or citrate) – 760 mg per formulation

2. Uses / Indications
Glucolife D is used for:
- Providing rapid energy through dextrose
- Vitamin D supplementation to prevent or treat deficiency
- Calcium supplementation for bone health, osteoporosis prevention, or calcium deficiency
- Supportive nutrition in children, adults, or the elderly
- May help correct hypocalcemia or support bone mineralization

3. Direction for Use
- Adults & children: 2 heaped table spoonful 3 times a day, however it can be taken as desirable or taken as prescribed by a physician
- Dissolve in water or juice before consumption
- Avoid exceeding recommended daily intake of Vitamin D or calcium
4. Side Effects
- Excessive intake may cause:
- Hypercalcemia (nausea, vomiting, weakness, confusion)
- Hypervitaminosis D (fatigue, kidney stones, hypercalciuria)
- Hyperglycemia in diabetics (from dextrose)
