Intended Use
Used internally during menstruation to absorb menstrual flow. The Super Plus absorbency level is suitable for heavy flow days, providing reliable protection and comfort.

Usage Instructions

• Wash hands before and after inserting the tampon.

• Unwrap the tampon and gently insert it into the vagina using your finger or applicator if provided.

• Ensure the string remains outside the body for easy removal.

• Change the tampon every 4–8 hours or as needed depending on flow.

• Dispose of the used tampon in a bin; do not flush down the toilet.

Advice / Warnings / Precautions

• Tampons are associated with Toxic Shock Syndrome (TSS), a rare but serious illness.

• Always use the lowest absorbency needed for your flow.

• Do not leave a tampon inserted for more than 8 hours.

• If symptoms such as sudden fever, vomiting, dizziness, rash, or diarrhea occur, remove the tampon and seek medical attention immediately.

• Keep out of reach of children.
