Product Description:
Diclofen Forte Tablets combine a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) with a pain reliever to provide effective short-term relief from pain, inflammation, and swelling. It is commonly used for conditions affecting the joints and muscles, helping improve comfort and mobility.

Composition:

• Diclofenac Sodium 50mg
• Paracetamol BP 500mg

Uses / Indications:

• Relief of muscle and joint pain
• Reduces inflammation and swelling
• Effective for conditions such as sprains, strains, arthritis, and general body pain

Dosage / Direction for Use:

• Adults and children over 12 years: 1 tablet up to 3 times daily
• Swallow whole with water
• Do not chew, crush, or break
• Take after food to reduce stomach irritation

Possible Side Effects:

• Nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea
• Indigestion or gastrointestinal discomfort
• Decreased appetite
• Dizziness or palpitations

Warnings / Precautions:

• Use with caution in elderly, pregnant or breastfeeding women
