Composition:

Paracetamol (Acetaminophen) 500mg

Caffeine 65mg

Uses / Indication:

Relief of mild to moderate pain, including:

Headache (especially tension headaches and migraines)

Toothache

Muscle aches

Menstrual pain

Fever

Caffeine enhances the analgesic effect of paracetamol and helps relieve drowsiness

Direction of Use:

Adults and children over 12 years: 1–2 tablets every 4–6 hours as needed

Maximum dose: Do not exceed 8 tablets in 24 hours

Take with a full glass of water; may be taken with or without food

Not recommended for children under 12 years

Side Effects:

Generally well tolerated

Nausea or stomach upset

Insomnia (due to caffeine)

Rare: allergic reactions, liver damage (with overdose or prolonged use)

Warnings: Do not use with other products containing paracetamol — risk of liver toxicity

Interactions: Caffeine may interact with CNS stimulants, anxiolytics, or MAO inhibitors

Caution: Avoid excessive caffeine intake from other sources (coffee, tea, energy drinks). Use with caution in patients with liver disease, peptic ulcer, or hypertension
