Product Composition

Each capsule contains Diclofenac cholestyramine (equivalent to 75 mg diclofenac) as the active ingredient. 

Uses / Indication

Relief of pain and inflammation in Rheumatoid arthritis, Osteoarthritis, Ankylosing spondylitis, Musculoskeletal and joint disorders

Management of acute pain, such as post-traumatic or post-operative pain, and dysmenorrhea (painful menstruation)

Direction of Use 
Adults: One capsule (75mg) once or twice daily, preferably after food. Swallow whole with water; do not chew or crush

Dosage should be adjusted by a healthcare provider depending on the severity of the condition

Side Effects

Gastrointestinal discomfort (nausea, abdominal pain, indigestion), Headache or dizziness, Fluid retention or oedema

Rare: peptic ulcers, GI bleeding, rash, liver enzyme elevation

Warnings 
Not recommended for patients with peptic ulcers, severe heart failure, or renal impairment. Prolonged use may increase risk of cardiovascular events and GI bleeding

Interactions

May interact with anticoagulants, antihypertensives, diuretics, lithium, and methotrexate

Caution: Use lowest effective dose for shortest possible duration. Monitor renal and liver function during long-term use.
