  • Menstrual cramps (dysmenorrhea).
  • Fever reduction and symptoms of the common cold or flu.

3. Direction of Use

  • Dosage: Usually 1 tablet every 4 to 6 hours as needed.
  • Maximum Dose: Do not exceed 6 tablets in a 24-hour period (to avoid paracetamol toxicity and NSAID-related stomach issues).
  • Administration: It is highly recommended to take these tablets after meals or with a glass of milk to protect the stomach lining from the ibuprofen component.

4. Side Effects

  • Common: Heartburn, indigestion, nausea, dizziness, or nervousness/insomnia (due to caffeine).
  • Rare but Serious: * Stomach bleeding (black/tarry stools, vomiting blood).
    • Signs of liver issues (yellowing of eyes/skin, dark urine).
    • Severe allergic reactions (hives, swelling of the face, difficulty breathing).

5. Warning/Interactions

  • Alcohol: Avoid alcohol while taking this medication; it significantly increases the risk of liver damage and stomach bleeding.
  • Other Medications: Do not use with other products containing paracetamol or ibuprofen.
  • Drug Interactions: Use caution if you are taking blood thinners (like Warfarin), corticosteroids, or other NSAIDs (like Aspirin), as this increases the risk of bleeding.
  • Caffeine Sensitivity: Limit other caffeinated drinks (coffee, tea, soda) to avoid jitters or rapid heartbeat.

6. Caution

  • Medical History: Consult a doctor if you have a history of stomach ulcers, asthma (NSAID-sensitive), kidney disease, or liver disease.
  • Pregnancy/Breastfeeding: Avoid use during pregnancy, especially in the third trimester, unless specifically directed by a physician.
  • Heart Health: Prolonged use of NSAIDs like ibuprofen can increase the risk of heart attack or stroke.
