Composition

Each tablet contains:

 • Folic Acid (Vitamin B9) – 400 µg (about 200% of the daily nutrient reference value)  

 • Excipients such as:

 • Dicalcium Phosphate

 • Microcrystalline Cellulose

 • Magnesium Stearate

 • Silicon Dioxide  

Uses / Indications

This supplement is used for nutritional support and prevention of folate deficiency. It is indicated for:

 • Pre-conception and pregnancy support

 • Helping prevent neural tube defects in the developing fetus

 • Supporting formation of new cells and DNA synthesis

 • Supporting red blood cell production

 • Maintaining normal maternal folate levels during pregnancy  

 Direction for Use

 • Adults: Take 1 tablet daily, preferably with a meal.

 • Do not exceed the recommended dose unless advised by a healthcare professional.  

Side Effects

Folic acid supplements are generally well tolerated, but some people may experience:

 • Nausea

 • Bloating

 • Mild gastrointestinal discomfort

 • Allergic reactions (rare)
