Composition

• Active: Magnesium Oxide providing 375 mg elemental magnesium per tablet (100% NRV)
• Excipients: Microcrystalline cellulose (bulking agent), glazing agents (e.g., hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, polydextrose), anti-caking agents (stearic acid, magnesium stearate), calcium carbonate (colour), sodium carboxymethylcellulose (thickener), medium chain triglyceride

Intended Use:

• Supports normal muscle function and bone health
• Helps reduce tiredness, fatigue, and supports energy metabolism  

Usage Instructions:

• Take 1 tablet per day, preferably with a meal
• Do not exceed the recommended dose
