Uses/Indication
• Aids digestion of lactose in lactose-intolerant individuals
• Helps break down lactose in milk and dairy products
• Reduces digestive discomfort such as bloating and gas

Direction of use
• Take 1 capsule just before consuming lactose-containing food or drink
• May also be taken before medicines or supplements containing lactose
• Swallow capsule whole; do not mix with food or milk
• Maximum recommended dose: 3 capsules per day
