Product Composition

Each capsule contains Diclofenac Sodium 75 mg as the active ingredient in a modified-release formulation.

Uses / Indications
Naklofen Duo is used to relieve pain and inflammation associated with conditions such as osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, and other musculoskeletal disorders.

It may also be used for acute pain, back pain, and post-traumatic or post-surgical inflammation.

Direction for Use
Take one capsule once or twice daily or as prescribed by a healthcare professional. Swallow the capsule whole with a glass of water and do not crush or chew it. It is recommended to take the medicine with food or after meals to reduce stomach irritation.

Side Effects
Common side effects may include stomach pain, nausea, indigestion, diarrhea, headache, and dizziness. Less common but serious side effects may include stomach ulcers or bleeding, severe allergic reactions, liver problems, or kidney problems. Seek medical attention if severe symptoms occur.

Warnings / Interactions
This medicine may interact with other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), anticoagulants such as warfarin, corticosteroids, certain blood pressure medicines, and diuretics. Use with caution in patients with history of stomach ulcers, gastrointestinal bleeding, heart disease, liver disease, or kidney problems.

Caution
Avoid use during the last trimester of pregnancy unless advised by a healthcare professional. Consult a doctor before use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Elderly patients and those with gastrointestinal or cardiovascular risk factors should use this medicine with caution. Avoid alcohol as it may increase the risk of stomach irritation or bleeding.
