Composition:

• Serenoa repens (Saw Palmetto extract) – 320 mg
• Selenium – 60 mcg
• Lycopene – 5 mg

Uses / Indication:

• Management of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH)
• Helps relieve urinary symptoms such as:

·       Frequent urination (especially at night)

·       Weak urine stream

·       Difficulty in starting urination

·       Incomplete bladder emptying

• Supports prostate health and reduces inflammation

Direction of Use:

• Adults (men): 1 capsule once daily, preferably after a meal
• Swallow whole with water
• Use consistently for best results, as effects may take several weeks

Side Effects:

• Generally well tolerated
• Mild gastrointestinal discomfort (nausea, abdominal pain)
• Headache
• Rare: allergic reactions 

Warnings / Interactions / Caution:

• Not intended for use in women or children
• Caution in patients taking anticoagulants or antiplatelet drugs (possible increased bleeding risk due to saw palmetto)
• May interact with hormonal therapies
• Not a substitute for medical evaluation—patients with urinary symptoms should be assessed to rule out prostate cancer
