Composition:

• Serenoa repens (Saw Palmetto extract) – 320 mg
• Pumpkin seed oil extract
• Vitamin E
• Zinc

Uses / Indication:

• Management of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH)
• Specifically helps reduce nocturia (frequent urination at night)
• Improves urinary flow and reduces symptoms such as:
• Night-time urgency
• Interrupted sleep due to urination
• Incomplete bladder emptying
• Supports overall prostate health

Direction of Use:

• Adult men: 1 capsule at night, preferably after the evening meal
• Swallow whole with water
• Continuous use for several weeks may be required for optimal benefit 

Side Effects:

• Generally well tolerated
• Mild gastrointestinal discomfort
• Headache
• Rare: allergic reactions

Warnings / Interactions / Caution:

• Not for use in women or children
• Use with caution in patients taking anticoagulants or antiplatelet medications (due to potential bleeding risk)
• May interact with hormonal therapies
