Each 5 ml contains:
- Guaifenesin 100 mg – expectorant that loosens and thins mucus, making coughs more productive
- Diphenhydramine HCl 7 mg – antihistamine that reduces allergic cough, sneezing, and runny nose
- Sodium Citrate 28.5 mg – mucolytic agent that helps thin mucus
- Menthol 0.55 mg – provides a soothing and cooling effect to the throat
2. Uses / Indications 🩺
Stopkof Children Syrup is used for relief of cough and cold symptoms in children, including:
- Chesty cough (productive cough)
- Thick mucus or catarrh
- Allergic cough or sneezing
- Runny nose
- Throat irritation associated with colds
It loosens mucus, reduces cough reflex caused by allergies, and soothes the throat.
3. Direction of Use / Administration 📋
Typical dosage (unless otherwise prescribed):
- Children 6–12 years: 5 ml 4 times daily
Instructions:
- Shake well before use
- Take orally using a measuring spoon or cup
- Can be taken after meals
- Do not exceed the recommended dose
