Each tablet contains:
- Paracetamol 500 mg – analgesic and antipyretic; reduces pain and fever
- Phenylephrine Hydrochloride 5 mg – nasal decongestant; relieves blocked nose
- Chlorpheniramine Maleate 4 mg – antihistamine; reduces sneezing, runny nose, and allergic symptoms

Stopkof Cold & Catarrh Tablets are used for relief of symptoms associated with cold, flu, and allergies, including:
- Fever
- Headache
- Body pain
- Nasal congestion / blocked nose
- Runny nose
- Sneezing
- Mild allergic reactions
3. Direction of Use / Administration 📋
Typical dosage (unless otherwise directed by a doctor):
- Adults: 1 tablet 3 to 4 times daily or as directed by the Physician.
Instructions:
- Swallow the tablet with water
- May be taken with or after food
- Do not exceed the recommended dose
