Product Composition

Each tablet contains Furosemide 20 mg as the active ingredient.

Uses / Indications
Crescent Furosemide 20 mg is used for the treatment of fluid retention (edema) associated with heart failure, liver disease, or kidney disease, and for the management of high blood pressure (hypertension). It belongs to the class of loop diuretics, which help the body eliminate excess salt and water through urine.

Direction for Use
Take one tablet once or twice daily or as prescribed by a healthcare professional. Swallow the tablet with a glass of water. It is usually recommended to take the medicine in the morning to prevent frequent urination during the night.

Side Effects
Common side effects may include increased urination, dizziness, dehydration, low blood pressure, headache, and electrolyte imbalance. Less common but serious side effects may include severe dehydration, low potassium levels, hearing problems, kidney problems, or allergic reactions.

Warnings / Interactions
This medicine may interact with other diuretics, blood pressure medications, corticosteroids, lithium, and NSAIDs. Use with caution in patients with kidney disease, liver disease, diabetes, gout, or electrolyte imbalance.

Caution
