Peptic ulcer disease, NSAID-associated gastric ulcer, Prophylaxis of NSAID-associated gastric or duodenal ulcer, Gastro oesophageal reflux disease (in the presence of erosive reflux oesophagitis)

Side-Effects

Aggression, agitation, bronchospasm increased risk of infection, muscle weakness, renal failure (RARE OR VERY RARE)

Warning/Caution

BREAST FEEDING

Specialist sources indicate use with caution—limited human data available. Likely to be present in milk but amount probably too small to be harmful.

HEPATIC IMPAIRMENT
