Product Composition
Each tablet contains Methyldopa 250 mg with inactive excipients.

Uses / Indications
Used to treat high blood pressure (hypertension), particularly in patients where other antihypertensives are not suitable. It helps relax blood vessels and reduce blood pressure.

Direction of Use
Take as prescribed by a healthcare professional, usually 2–3 times daily. Swallow the tablet with water, and it may be taken with or without food.

Side Effects
Common side effects include drowsiness, dizziness, headache, dry mouth, nausea, and mild fatigue. Rarely, it may cause liver issues, low blood pressure, or allergic reactions.

Warnings / Interactions
Caution in patients with liver disease, kidney disease, or heart problems. May interact with other antihypertensives, MAO inhibitors, or sedatives, affecting blood pressure or causing increased drowsiness.

Caution
Do not stop the medication suddenly without medical advice. Regular blood pressure monitoring is recommended. Use during pregnancy only under medical supervision. Store in a cool, dry place, out of reach of children.
