Product Composition
Each tablet contains Losartan Potassium 100 mg with inactive excipients.

Uses / Indications
Used to treat high blood pressure (hypertension) and to help reduce the risk of stroke in patients with hypertension. It may also be used to protect kidney function in patients with type 2 diabetes.

Direction of Use
Take one tablet once daily or as prescribed by a healthcare professional. It may be taken with or without food and should be swallowed with water.

Side Effects
Common side effects may include dizziness, headache, fatigue, and low blood pressure. Some patients may also experience increased potassium levels.

Warnings / Interactions
Use cautiously with potassium supplements, potassium-sparing diuretics, and other blood pressure medications as they may increase the risk of high potassium levels or excessive blood pressure reduction.

Caution
Not recommended during pregnancy. Use cautiously in patients with kidney or liver problems. Regular monitoring of blood pressure, kidney function, and potassium levels is recommended. Store in a cool, dry place and keep out of reach of children.
